Salon Policies

We’re so excited to have you in our space and to help you achieve your hair goals.

To ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and agree to our policies before booking your appointment with us.

Since we are an independent team of freelance stylists, each stylist operates their own schedule and booking system. Each stylist also has their own booking policies which will vary from stylist to stylist.

Please make yourself familiar with those policys when booking.

You will find these on each stylists individual booking pages or booking systems. If in doubt please ask.

Booking Appointments

All appointments must be booked through the individual stylist’s prefered booking system. You will find this info in their bio section.

All stylists run their own business independently within the shared salon space. 

Confirmations

Most stylists within the space will send out confirmations & reminders before an appointment is due.

 

Please make note of their individual policy with notice given for reschedules & cancellations.

Some stylists use booking systems that will not confirm your appointment until a deposit is paid to secure the booking.

Reschedules & Cancellations

 Reschedules & Cancellations can greatly impact independent stylists schedules, especially if little notice is given prior. Stylists pay to secure their spot for the day within the salon, and so if late notice is given for reschedules and cancels it can impact their business. For this reason some stylists have cancellation fees and most do take deposits. 

Please make yourself familiar with your stylists policies before scheduling. Most will have these policies on their booking sites.

All our stylists look forward to welcoming you, we all pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for everyone. Please be mindful of others and respect the space, our equipment, and our time.
